I analysed Nasir’s advert, which was a condom advert and it’s slogan is ‘check yourself before you wreck yourself’ and underneath is an image of a hand with a unopened condom packet. I believe that the intension of this advert is to promote condoms by saying that without a condom that you would ‘wreck’ yourself. This advert implies that the out come is inevitable unless you buy the product, this product is aimed for people of a mature age and are also sexually active. This advert gives a clear meaning but yet in some ways it could be improved, for example the image could have been more interesting and colourful to attract attention, and also the slogan could be more catchier some people also remember about the advert and thus making them remember to buy the product.
